Fitment Notes
- Universal fit – compatible with any motorcycle exhaust header, pipe, or automotive exhaust system
- Not recommended for catalytic converters – excessive heat retention can reduce converter life
- Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems – heat retention can cause titanium alloy brittleness
- Wrap is not designed to be removed after heat cycling – install permanently and avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints
- Use DEI stainless steel locking ties to secure each end and every 6 to 8 inches along longer runs

Bought two 15′ “rolls” of 2″ black pipe wrap to replace the natural titanium colored rolls previously purchased from another vendor (needed black. We changed the color of the build).
Came in 2 ziplock bags, no DEI packaging/instructions., etc.. Assuming the good price was because Twisted Choppers buys bulk rolls and cuts off the specific length ordered. Called DEI to verify this was their product and also titanium, which they do seem to be. Have not installed yet, but believe they will be fine. Not a big deal on lack of packaging, but would be good to know prior to ordering. DEI rolls have always come in factory plastic clamshells complete with labelling, instructions (decal and pre-folded/pinned starting end).
