The following return and refund policy applies to all items sold on twistedchoppers.com.
Return Conditions
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. it’s easy! You may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We will happily exchange or refund your new/unused item(s).
We will provide a free return label if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Was In a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
- Has one or more parts or accessories missing
- Does not match what was ordered
When returning or exchanging an item(s) for any reason other than the ones shown above you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Exchanges may be charged a shipping fee which must be paid before we send the exchanged item(s) to you.
Returns are not accepted for items such as electronics, fuel injection engine tuners, fenders with struts welded on, springer front ends, wheels, or anything that’s a special order request or custom-made per a customer’s specifications. Many items sold with surface finishes are easily damaged without proper handling.
Returns must be 100% free of defects such as scuffs, scratches, or anything that will not allow us to sell the item as new again.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging or we cannot accept the return. Package your return well and ensure painted, powder coated, chrome or any finished part is not allowed to touch other parts or move freely in the box. This will damage the finish and cause your return to be rejected. If we receive a return that does not meet these requirements a refund deduction for decreased value on used or damaged returns will be applied.
For high-value item(s), consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Although we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, the insurance will cover you in case it’s lost or damaged.
When we receive your return you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to the original payment method or can be retained as a store credit towards a future sale if requested.
Return Process
- Please email info@twistedchoppers.com for a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Confirm that your item(s) are 100% free of defects such as scuffs, scratches, or any imperfections caused by you.
- If conditions are met and approved, carefully package your item(s) so it cannot freely move around in the box, otherwise this WILL damage the finish and cause your return to be rejected.
- You must include a copy of your order and the reason for the return in the package. If this is not included, we may not be able to identify it.
- Consider using an insured and trackable shipping service. This will cover you in case it’s lost or damaged.

Refunds
Depending on the payment method, refunds typically take 5-7 business days of processing time before you see the money in your account. If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us at info@twistedchoppers.com to confirm it has been processed. If the refund has been processed and you haven’t received it we may ask you to contact your credit card company, bank, or other payment processors for more information regarding the refund.
Store credit will be issued and available immediately if you choose this option.
Restocking Fees
All returns and cancellations are subject to a restocking or refund fee of up to 20% of the returned item(s) value. This covers the non-refundable fee payment processors charge us to take your payment. This applies to all returns and cancellations after the payment has been processed. This fee is waived if the refund is applied to a replacement item of equal or greater value or store credit if requested.
Warranty
Twisted Choppers warrants to the original owner that Twisted Choppers branded products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, including finishes/plating, for 90 days from the original date of purchase.
We do not warranty damage caused by misuse or conditions that are out of our control. Exhaust coatings are easily compromised by improperly tuned engines and therefore not covered unless unused.
We do not warrant third-party products. You will want to contact the manufacturer of that product for warranty-related issues.
Disclaimer for Package Delivery
TwistedChoppers.com endeavors to ensure the safe delivery of all products to our customers. However, upon shipment, once a package has been delivered and documented by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with proof of delivery (which may include a signature confirmation, GPS location of delivery, or photographic evidence), TwistedChoppers.com is not liable for any theft or loss that occurs post-delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to take necessary precautions to secure their packages once they have been delivered. We recommend arranging for someone to be present at the time of delivery or utilizing services that offer hold for pickup options to mitigate the risk of theft.
Should you encounter issues with package theft, please contact your local law enforcement for assistance, as we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items reported stolen after documented delivery.
