Fitment Notes
- Forward Controls Only: This header will not clear mid-mounted foot controls. It is designed exclusively for forward control configurations.
- Dyna Dipstick: This header covers the oil dipstick on all Dyna models. The dipstick cannot be accessed with the pipes installed. Plan accordingly for oil level checks and changes.
- 2012โ2017 Dyna: This header is not offered for 2012โ2017 Dyna FXD models due to dipstick access constraints.
- Early EFI Models With O2 Sensors: If you own a 1996โ2006 EFI Touring FLH/FLT, a 2001โ2006 EFI Softail FXS/FLS, or a 2004โ2005 EFI Dyna FXD, your bike has O2 sensors, but the 1984โ2006 Softail / 1999โ2005 Dyna / 1999โ2006 Touring variant does not include O2 sensor bungs. Select the 2007โ2011 Softail / 2006โ2011 Dyna / 2007โ2009 Touring variant instead โ the fitment is identical and that variant includes the 18mm O2 sensor bungs your bike requires.
- Will not fit 2017+ Milwaukee-Eight (M8) engines
- 2009 and later Touring FLH/FLT models require an O2 sensor wire extension harness โ not included
- Flanges and gaskets are not included โ reuse your existing flanges or purchase an exhaust flange kit with new gaskets and hardware separately
- May not clear all aftermarket air cleaner configurations โ verify clearance before ordering
- Baffles are not removable once installed
- Black finish adds approximately 1 week to processing time; Chrome finish adds approximately 5 weeks
- Compatible with custom motorcycles equipped with an Evolution or Twin Cam engine

Purchased this for my 2017 Slim S last year. Not a single regret buying from Twisted Choppers. The bike is louder than any of my buddys bikes. I had the Vance and Hines big radius beforehand and still used the same MAP with this exhaust. She spits a little flame out on hard throttle. On installation, a little bit of a struggle on getting the bolts to align. The heat wrap will certainly smoke during the initial curing process. IMO, buy the wrap for added comfort on the leg. You won’t regret the exhaust!
