Fitment Notes

• Forward Controls Only: This header will not clear mid-mounted foot controls. It is designed exclusively for forward control configurations. For a slash cut header that clears mid controls, see the Twisted Choppers Midset Slash Cut (TC-1005).
• Dyna Dipstick: This header covers the oil dipstick on all Dyna models. The dipstick cannot be accessed with the pipes installed. Plan accordingly for oil level checks and changes.
• 2012–2017 Dyna: This header is not offered for 2012–2017 Dyna FXD models due to dipstick access constraints.
• Early EFI Models With O2 Sensors: If you own a 1996–2006 EFI Touring FLH/FLT, a 2001–2006 EFI Softail FXS/FLS, or a 2004–2005 EFI Dyna FXD, your bike has O2 sensors, but the 1984–2006 Softail / 1999–2005 Dyna / 1999–2006 Touring variant does not include O2 sensor bungs. Select the 2007–2011 Softail / 2006–2011 Dyna / 2007–2009 Touring variant instead — the fitment is identical and that variant includes the 18mm O2 sensor bungs your bike requires.
• Will not fit 2017+ Milwaukee-Eight (M8) engines
• 2009 and later Touring FLH/FLT models require an O2 sensor wire extension harness — not included
• Flanges and gaskets are not included — reuse your existing flanges or purchase an exhaust flange kit with new gaskets and hardware separately
• May not clear all aftermarket air cleaner configurations — verify clearance before ordering
• Baffles are not removable once installed
• Black finish adds approximately 1 week to processing time; Chrome finish adds approximately 5 weeks
• Compatible with custom motorcycles equipped with an Evolution or Twin Cam engine
