When Will My Order Ship?

Please refer to the “Usually Ships Within” section of the product(s) ordered. This is the time it typically takes before your item will ship. Many products are made to order and take additional time before they can be shipped. All processing and delivery times shown are for business days (Monday through Friday), and we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. For example, if you placed an order on a Friday for a product that usually ships within 2-3 days, it will typically ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Can I Place an Order Over the Phone?

We strongly encourage you to place all orders on the website. This is the best way to ensure all your data is entered correctly and it speeds up the process. If all else fails, you can certainly give us a call.

Is This the Right Size, Does It Fit My Bike?

Please take the time to read the descriptions. Most phone calls and emails with questions are answered by simply reading what is already in front of you. when you call us, the first thing we do is go to the product on the website.

What Length Springer Front End Do I Need?

We can help but you must provide us with the measurements from the diagram located in the springer product images. It’s the only way we can calculate the correct length for the perfect fit. Please email the measurements to us with the springer info you would like and we will be happy to help.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

If you received an order confirmation email, your order was accepted and is now in the “Processing” state. When your order is ready to ship you will receive another email marked as “Completed” and it will include tracking information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam/junk mail before contacting us. Occasionally customers will enter email addresses incorrectly, and it happens. Send us an email and we will look up the order by your name and make any changes necessary.

What Is the “order Notes” Section During Checkout?

Here, you can enter specific details relating to your order that may help us. For example, maybe you would like us to verify it’s the correct product for your application. We monitor all notes and will contact you if something doesn’t appear to be right. Sometimes we may ask you to include information here for custom requirements too.

Can You Send Me a Catalog?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer a print catalog. Everything we offer is available on our website for you to view.

Why Is My Shipping Rate Higher than Expected?

The rates shown in the shipping calculator are the negotiated/discounted rates that are given to us by UPS and USPS. We have no control over what they charge and we cannot make changes to the rates shown. All prices are based on weights, dimensions, and the destination. Some items are subject to dimensional weight due to the size of the box, even though the contents do not weigh much. We do not charge for packaging or handling to keep costs as low as possible.

Which Shipping Service Should I Choose?

When it comes to shipping, you get what you pay for. the cheapest rate is not always the best option. UPS has great tracking information and they are the leader in on-time deliveries. This is especially true for international shipments. Although sometimes cheaper, USPS is considerably slower for international shipping and has inferior tracking information for most shipments.
