How long does approval take?

Most verifications are approved as soon as you submit and confirm your email with the code we send. If we need to take a closer look, we'll email you within 1 to 2 business days.

Do I need an account first?

No. If there's no account for your email yet, we create one when you submit and email you a link to set your password. If you already have an account, use the same email, or sign in first and the discount goes on that account (signed-in shoppers skip the email code).

I didn't get the code. What now?

Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the email address is typed correctly, then use Resend code. Each code works for 15 minutes.

Will my information be kept private?

Yes. Your uploaded document is emailed directly to our team and removed from our server immediately. It is never stored in our media library or made public. Always redact your SSN and financial data before uploading.

Does the discount apply to sale items?

No. Sale-priced products are excluded from additional discounts. Your military discount applies to regular-priced items only.

Can I get the discount on an order I already placed?

No. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. You must be approved before placing an order.

I'd rather not upload a document. Can I email from my .mil address?

Active duty service members can email from their official .mil address to military@twistedchoppers.com as an alternative. Include the email address you use for your TC account.
