Application Information

  • Federal EIN (if applicable — sole proprietors may leave blank)
  • Owner / officer personal details
  • Trade supplier references (if established)

Discount Details: Once your account is approved, your user role is updated and your dealer pricing is automatically applied at the product level — discounted prices show on every product page when you're signed in. No coupon codes needed.

Discounts do not apply to sale-priced items. Free shipping applies to orders of $99 or more.

Ordering: All dealer orders must be placed through the website. No phone orders are accepted. Written confirmation is required for any name or ownership changes, and must include photos.

How long does the approval process take?

We review applications as they come in. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing your dealer pricing through the website.

Does the discount apply to all products?

You'll receive 25% off all Twisted Choppers branded products and 5% off everything else. Discounts are not applied to items already marked on sale.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders totaling $99 or more after your dealer discount has been applied.

Can I place orders by phone?

No — all dealer orders are placed through our website. This ensures your discount is applied correctly and you have a full order history in your account.

What if my business information changes?

Written confirmation of any name or ownership change is required. Please email dealers@twistedchoppers.com with documentation and photos of the updated business.

Do I need a Tax Resale Certificate?

Only if you are located in the same state as Twisted Choppers. Out-of-state dealers do not need to provide one.
