Fitment Notes

• Custom Use Only: This header requires an outboard bearing support for a wide tire kit. It will not fit a stock Sportster frame without this modification. Do not order for stock configurations.
• Mounting Bracket Not Included: This header does not include a mounting bracket. The buyer is responsible for sourcing or fabricating a suitable bracket for their custom build.
• Forward Controls Only: This header will not clear mid-mounted foot controls. It is designed exclusively for forward control configurations.
• Buell Compatibility: Fits Buell Cyclone, Lightning, Thunderbolt, and XB models. Will not clear Buell tube frames – verify your frame type before ordering.
• Will not fit 2021+ Sportster S (RH1250) or any liquid-cooled Sportster platform
• Flanges and gaskets are not included – reuse your existing flanges or purchase an exhaust flange kit with new gaskets and hardware separately
• May not clear all aftermarket air cleaner configurations – verify clearance before ordering
• Baffles are not removable once installed
• Black finish adds approximately 1 week to processing time; Chrome finish adds approximately 5 weeks
