The T143 is the largest S&S long-block that fits a stock Harley-Davidson Twin Cam chassis – an ultra-performance build that lifts a Twin Cam 88, 96, or 103 to 143 cubic inches. The kit requires the S&S B3 intake manifold and an installer with technical expertise for this race-grade configuration.

Fitment Notes
- Compatible with select 1999-2017 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam Dyna and Touring chassis only.
- 1999-2006 635 Cam variations fit 1999-2005 Dyna and 1999-2006 Touring with Twin Cam 88; the 2006 Dyna is excluded because it used the early-style Twin Cam 96 crankcase.
- 2007-2016 Touring 635 Cam variations fit 2008-2016 Touring with the oil-cooled Twin Cam 96 or 103 engine – the Touring fitment window begins 2008 because the T143 long-block requires the larger-bore-capable case found from 2008-Up.
- 2006-2017 Dyna 635 Cam variations fit 2006-2017 Dyna with the Twin Cam 96 or 103 engine.
- Excludes all Softail platforms and all Twin-Cooled Milwaukee-Eight configurations.
- The S&S B3 intake manifold is required for installation and is sold separately – the T143 needs the B3 to feed the 143 displacement.
- This is an ultra-performance build that requires installer technical expertise and an experienced rider; the installer also supplies the throttle body, exhaust, and ECM tune for the new 143 displacement.
