- 1997-2013 models: requires H-D upper fork tubes OEM P/N 83804-09 (22.55″ long)
- 1997-2001 models with air forks require additional H-D OEM P/N 45419-80 (2) and 45733-48 (2)
- Does not fit 2023+ CVO Road Glide or CVO Street Glide with inverted forks
