30 Degree O2 Oxygen Sensor Port Bungs Coped For Exhaust Tubing

These coped 30-degree O2 sensor bungs are designed for custom exhaust builds where a shallower sensor angle is needed for clearance or routing. Machined from 1018 mild steel for excellent weldability, they seat cleanly against 1-3/4 inch tubing for a flush, professional finish with a more laid-back sensor profile than the 45-degree variant.

Key Features
  • 30-degree angle provides a shallower sensor position – useful where clearance is tight or a lower-profile sensor mount is preferred
  • Coped (not straight cut) profile seats flush against 1-3/4″ diameter exhaust tubing for a clean, professional weld joint
  • Machined from 1018 mild steel – excellent weldability for MIG, TIG, or oxy-acetylene processes
  • 18mm x 1.5 thread accepts all standard wideband O2 sensors – the most common size used in EFI exhaust builds
  • Made in the USA – CNC machined for consistent thread form and wall thickness
  • Sold as a pair
Technical Specifications
  • Bung Thread: 18mm x 1.5
  • Angle: 30 degrees
  • Tubing Compatibility: Coped to fit 1-3/4″ tubing
  • Material: 1018 Mild Steel

Fitment Notes
  • Designed for use with 1-3/4″ OD exhaust tubing; not coped for other diameters
  • Newer narrowband sensors use a 12mm thread – these bungs are 18mm; use an 18mm to 12mm port bushing adapter (sold separately) for narrowband sensor compatibility
  • For custom EFI builds; verify O2 sensor thread spec before welding
Fabrication Use
