What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive it, you may follow our standard return process. See the Return and Refund Policy for details.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes. If your cancellation reaches us before your order has been sent for fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
