Pack the item securely, ship it, and we'll process your refund after inspection.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy before submitting. The acknowledgments at the bottom of this form require you to agree to that policy.

Do not ship anything until you receive approval and shipping instructions from our team. Packages received without prior approval may be refused. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

FAQ

Can I return multiple items in one request?

Yes. Check every item you want to return, pick a reason for each, and submit one request. The reasons can all be the same, or different per item.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. The form will tell you the exact date your return window closes when you look up your order.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Report damage within 72 hours of delivery using this form. Include photos of the outer packaging (with the shipping label visible), the item inside the packaging, and a close-up of the damage. Keep all original packaging until your claim is fully resolved.

I can't find my order in the system.

Double-check that you entered the correct order number and the email address used at checkout (not a different account email). If you still can't find it, email info@twistedchoppers.com with your details and we'll help track it down.

My bike is a custom build with no exact year/make/model.

For any fitment claim, check the "This is a custom build" box in the Bike Information section. You'll get a description field where you can detail your frame, motor, modifications, and anything else relevant to fitment.

Will I be charged a restocking fee?

The restocking fee is based on the condition of each item when we receive it. 0% for unopened, factory-sealed items; 10% for opened but unused; 20% for test-fit or installed. The fee is waived if you choose store credit or a direct exchange.

What items can't be returned?

Electronics and fuel tuners (once opened), springer front ends, wheels, rear fenders with welded struts, and any custom-made or special-order items. See the full Return and Refund Policy for details.
