Sportster Hardtails
Turn a 1982-2003 Harley-Davidson® Sportster into a hardtail. Twisted Choppers weld-on kits are jigged and welded in our Sioux Falls shop, in drop-seat and straight-seat styles, and sized for 130-160, 180-200 or 240-250mm rear tires. Choose the bare weld-on hardtail or the kit version. Wide-tire kits need an offset transmission sprocket, which we also machine here.
