Wilwood Stainless Sprocket Brake Rotor 530 Chain
Run the chain drive and the rear brake on one part. Wilwood’s sprocket brake rotor puts the braking surface on the drive sprocket itself, so a custom build keeps a clean rear wheel with no separate rotor hanging off the hub. Matched with the Wilwood sprocket brake caliper and bracket, it delivers four-piston stopping power with the look a sprocket brake is chosen for.
Key Features
- Sprocket and brake rotor in one part, so the rear wheel carries a single component where a separate rotor and sprocket would otherwise sit
- Offered in 48 tooth and 51 tooth versions, so the final drive ratio can be set without giving up the sprocket brake
- Mounts on the left or right side of the wheel, so the caliper goes on whichever side the build calls for
- Stainless with a micro polish finish, so the sprocket side of the wheel reads as a finished brake rotor rather than a plain drive sprocket

Fitment Notes
- Select the tooth count that matches your 530 chain final drive; the two sizes are different diameters and use different Wilwood bracket kits
- Used with the Wilwood GP310 sprocket brake caliper (120-10174 right hand, 120-10175 left hand) and the bracket kit for the tooth count (250-10177 for 48 tooth, 250-10180 for 51 tooth); the rotor is sold on its own, and the caliper, bracket kit and pads are separate Wilwood part numbers
- Wilwood lists the sprocket brake as compatible with Harley-Davidson custom applications with 1 inch axles and designates these rotors 2000-2007 in its catalog; the rotor carries the 5 x 3.25 inch sprocket-rotor bolt circle
- The Technical Specifications table above gives each tooth count its own column; the Fitment tab shows which tooth count takes which bracket kit
- This aftermarket part is not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by the motorcycle manufacturer.
