Twisted Choppers Mid Springer Front End 4130 Chromoly 1 Inch Neck Narrow Glide Hub USA Made

Built entirely in South Dakota, the Twisted Choppers Mid Springer is the front end for builders who refuse to compromise on material quality or safety. Every component is CNC machined in-house from solid billet, so you know exactly what went into your ride – no cast import cores, no donor springers, no guesswork.

Key Features
  • 100% USA manufactured in South Dakota – every springer component produced in-house from start to finish
  • CNC machined triple trees, rockers, axles, spring rods, and neck pins from solid 1018 cold rolled steel billet
  • One-piece through-tree rear leg design – rear legs run through the lower triple tree before welding for maximum shear strength
  • 4130 chromoly front and rear legs for superior fatigue resistance and natural vibration dampening
  • Straight front legs for a clean, classic chopper profile
  • Top tree machined to accept OEM #56161-83A riser bushings (not included) for handlebar vibration isolation
  • Bottom tree machined to accept an internal fork stop plate for a hidden turning radius stop on compatible frames
