Twisted Choppers Hi-Cut Rear Custom Fender Minimalist Style Steel Choppers

Let the wheel and tire do the talking. The Twisted Choppers Hi-Cut Rear Fender is built for builders who want the fender to disappear into the background and let the rubber, spokes, or billet shine. Its ultra-narrow profile hugs just the top arc of the tire, shedding visual weight and giving your bike an open, performance-focused stance.

Key Features
  • Ultra-narrow 0.75-inch sidewall – exposes the maximum wheel, tire, and spokes on display
  • Eliminates visual weight for a performance-focused, open, aggressive stance
  • Hand-spun from 13-gauge U.S. steel – same structural quality as full-coverage fenders
  • Structurally capable of supporting a passenger when properly mounted with internal struts
  • Ships raw for full control over surface prep, body filler, and paint or powder coat finish
Technical Specifications
  • Style: Hi-Cut (Minimal Sidewall Profile)
  • Material: 13 Gauge U.S. Steel, TIG Welded
  • Outer Diameter: 27 inches
  • Sidewall Depth: 0.75 inches (Ultra-narrow profile)

Fitment Notes
  • This is a custom fabrication part – not a bolt-on replacement for any specific motorcycle
  • Requires custom spacers, bungs, or struts for mounting; hardware sold separately
  • Drilling, welding, and fabrication are required to fit your specific frame width and geometry
  • Supplied in raw, uncoated spun steel finish; visible spinning lines are normal and expected on hand-spun parts
  • Apply high-build surfacer or body filler to smooth the surface before painting or powder coating
  • Optimized for standard 18-inch motorcycle wheels; select fender width by rear tire size

TC info says fender is for a 180 tire. I wanted a tight fit on a 200×17 that’s why I ordered the smaller size. It fits perfect. Thanks

Q & A

Ask a question
Can I use this fender on an 18", 200MM tire. Securing fender to Softail swingarm? David asked on April 21, 2024

Yes, this will fit your 200mm 18" tire and you can mount it to the swingarm with the proper supports/mounts.

How much clearance between inside fender and 240mm-40-18 tire. Its for a rigid and I would like it as close as possible. Dennis Sauro asked on March 4, 2024

This will be a very close fit to your tire. Fitment can vary slight between different tire manufacturers but you will likely have a 3/8"-1/2" gap.
