PBI Sprockets .000 Inch Offset 33 Spline 530 Transmission Sprocket for Harley Big Twin Sportster

For builders and riders who demand exact drivetrain geometry, PBI Sprockets’ zero-offset transmission sprocket opens up fitment possibilities that standard offset options simply cannot address. The result is a drivetrain that lines up precisely how your build requires, backed by the same long-term reliability PBI is known for across their entire transmission sprocket lineup.

Key Features
  • Available in 23 and 24-tooth configurations to suit your final drive ratio requirements
  • Zero offset design for flush seating against the main shaft bearing – ideal for custom and narrow-profile drivetrain builds
  • CNC-machined to exacting tolerances for consistent fit and reliable power transfer
  • Case hardened for superior wear resistance under sustained high-load conditions
  • Electroless nickel plated for corrosion resistance and enhanced lubricity across the chain interface
  • Drilled and tapped to accept the late-model lock plate – lock plate available separately
  • Compatible with .530 pitch chain systems
Technical Specifications
  • Tooth Count: 23 or 24 (select at time of purchase)
  • Chain Pitch: .530
  • Spline Count: 33
  • Offset: .000 inches (measured from the face that rests against the main shaft bearing to the inside of the teeth – zero displacement)
  • Material: 8620 chromoly steel, case hardened
  • Finish: Electroless nickel plating
  • Sprocket Type: Transmission (countershaft)
  • Lock Plate: Drilled and tapped for late-model lock plate compatibility – sold separately
Fitment Notes
  • 1986-1993 Big Twin models require an additional spacer, seal, and O-ring for proper installation – consult your factory service manual for the correct components before proceeding
  • Offset measurement is taken from the face that rests against the main shaft bearing to the inside of the teeth – this sprocket seats flush with zero outboard displacement
  • Verify chain line alignment carefully before installation, as zero offset may require adjustment to rear sprocket positioning depending on your specific build configuration
  • Select tooth count based on your desired final drive ratio before ordering – gearing changes affect both acceleration and top speed characteristics
  • Review the Fitment tab for the complete year and model breakdown
  • 86-93 Big Twin models must use OEM #33344-94 (SPACER), OEM #12067A (SEAL), and OEM #11165 (O-RING)
Compatible Harley-Davidson and Buell Models

I have bought a couple of these sprockets for my 2002 sportster chopper that twisted choppers hard tailed for me. The Good: The PBI is the best option and it’s a direct fit unlike Hard Drive and various other sprockets that require spacers. The Bad: it’s over priced here.
