Parker Vibra-Lok 90 Degree Compression Fitting Zinc 3/8 Inch x 1/8 NPT

Standard compression fittings fail when engines vibrate. Parker Vibra-Lok fittings are built for exactly that environment – the elastomeric sleeve cushions the tubing and allows it to flex inside the fitting body, maintaining a positive seal under constant vibration, shock, and tube movement on motorcycles and custom builds.

Key Features
  • 90-degree elbow routes 3/8-inch OD tubing around tight clearances in engine bays and frames
  • Vibra-Lok sleeve eliminates micro-leaks caused by metal-on-metal compression contact under vibration
  • Zinc-plated brass body for enhanced corrosion resistance in exposed or harsh environments
  • Tube-to-pipe style – compression inlet with male NPT outlet
Technical Specifications
  • Body Material: Zinc-plated brass
  • Shape: 90-degree elbow
  • Connection 1 (Compression): 3/8-inch tube OD
  • Connection 2 (Male Pipe): 1/8-27 NPT
  • Style: Tube to Pipe
Fitment Notes
  • Use with 3/8-inch OD tubing – tubing OD must match exactly for the Vibra-Lok sleeve to seal correctly
  • 1/8-27 NPT male outlet threads into 1/8-inch NPT female ports on engine cases, petcocks, and fittings
  • No thread sealant required on compression end – apply thread sealant to NPT male threads per standard practice
  • Replace the Vibra-Lok sleeve (60VL-6 Buna-N or 60VLV-6 Viton) if sealing performance deteriorates
Universal Fit
This fitting does not require motorcycle model-specific selection - match to your application by tube outer diameter (3/8 inch) and thread size (1/8-27 NPT).
