OptiMate 4 Quad Program Premium 12V Battery Charger and Maintainer
The OptiMate 4 Quad Program Premium brings complete dealership-grade battery management across multiple platforms, adding BMW CAN-bus activation and four distinct connection types to the standard Quad program. Whether connecting via DIN socket, alligator clamps, SAE pigtail, or spade terminals, the full nine-stage charge and recovery sequence runs automatically for both lead-acid and LFP chemistries.
Key Features
- Four connection types included – alligator clamps, DIN plug, SAE plug, and spade terminals – for complete compatibility across vehicle types and charging setups
- BMW CAN-bus automatic activation charges through the factory 12V socket on CAN-bus controlled BMW motorcycles without manual override
- 9-step automatic program for both 12V lead-acid (4-60Ah) and 12.8V/13.2V lithium LFP (2-15Ah) batteries
- Smart desulphation recovers deeply discharged lead-acid batteries from as low as 0.5V; LFP recovery mode performs BMS reset on eligible batteries
- IP54 weatherproof and rated to -40ยฐC/-40ยฐF for year-round outdoor use in all climates
- Float maintenance mode keeps batteries at full charge safely for extended storage periods without overcharge risk

Fitment Notes
- Universal charger – no vehicle-specific selection required
- Confirm battery chemistry (lead-acid or LFP) and Ah capacity before selecting a charge program
- BMW CAN-bus activation requires a CAN-bus compatible 12V DIN socket – not all BMW models have this feature
- Not compatible with standard 12V lithium batteries that are not LiFePO4 chemistry
- Review the vehicle’s owner manual to confirm CAN-bus socket compatibility before connecting via DIN plug
