Exile Cycles Hidden Cable Internal Twist Throttle For 1 Inch Bars

The Exile internal twist throttle is the detail that separates a truly finished custom from one that is simply assembled — routing the throttle cable invisibly through the bars eliminates the last exposed line from the cockpit and gives the front end the uncluttered, purposeful look that serious builders work toward. The roller-bearing action means the throttle feels as refined as it looks, snapping cleanly shut on every release.

Key Features
  • Routes the throttle cable internally through the handlebar, eliminating all visible cable runs from the cockpit for a clean, minimalist front end
  • Roller-bearing mechanism delivers smooth, precise throttle action and reliable snap-shut return
  • Converts carburetor operation to a single-cable pull action — compatible with S&S, Mikuni, and other cable-driven carburetors
  • Grip side diameter matches the Harley-Davidson throttle sleeve, allowing use of any grip that fits the standard HD sleeve
  • 160 degrees of rotation with 1.25″ of cable travel for responsive, progressive throttle feel
  • Handlebar side can be machined to a smaller diameter if required for specific bar or fitment applications
  • Throttle assembly only — pair with your choice of cable for a fully custom routing solution
  • Made in the USA

Q & A

Ask a question
What makes yours better than other brands? BEN PEETZ asked on June 1, 2023

The Exile internal throttle uses better quality components. It turns freely and the throttle fully opens the with the natural movement of your hand. Others are not as smooth and may not fully open the throttle with ease. These have been made in the U.S.A. for over 20 years and easily outperform the other brands.
