Twisted Choppers builders style fender has a larger side that allows you to fabricate your own design and mounting holes. Made specifically for 23″ wheels. We hand spin, tig weld and grind each fender to a smooth finish. These are perfect for bobbers, choppers and Harley Davidson or Indian custom motorcycles. Spun steel fenders are in a raw, unfinished state and have very fine spinning lines. We suggest using a surfacer to get a nice, smooth finish before painting.
