45 Degree O2 Oxygen Sensor Port Bungs Coped For Exhaust Tubing

These coped 45-degree O2 sensor bungs are the go-to solution for adding wideband or narrowband oxygen sensor ports to custom exhaust systems without cutting square holes. Machined from 1018 mild steel for excellent weldability and durability, they nest cleanly against 1-3/4 inch tubing for a flush, professional finish.

Key Features
  • Coped (not straight cut) profile seats flush against 1-3/4″ diameter exhaust tubing for a clean, professional weld joint
  • Machined from 1018 mild steel – excellent weldability for MIG, TIG, or oxy-acetylene processes
  • 18mm x 1.5 thread accepts all standard wideband O2 sensors – the most common size used in EFI exhaust builds
  • Made in the USA – CNC machined for consistent thread form and wall thickness
  • Sold as a pair
Technical Specifications
  • Bung Thread: 18mm x 1.5
  • Angle: 45 degrees
  • Tubing Compatibility: Coped to fit 1-3/4″ exhaust tubing
  • Material: 1018 Mild Steel
  • Quantity: Sold as a pair
  • Country of Origin: USA
Fitment Notes
  • Designed for use with 1-3/4″ OD exhaust tubing; not coped for other diameters
  • Newer narrowband sensors use a 12mm thread – these bungs are 18mm; use an 18mm to 12mm port bushing adapter (sold separately) for narrowband sensor compatibility
  • For custom EFI builds; verify O2 sensor thread spec before welding
Fabrication Use
