Motorcycle Solo Seat Springs Scissor Hairpin Style Left & Right
Traditional Style, Modern Stability. Upgrade your solo seat with a set of springs that actually handle the road. While barrel springs are common, these scissor-style (hairpin) springs offer a distinct, vintage look that complements hardtails, bobbers, and custom chopper builds perfectly.
These are not generic, one-way wound springs. This is a matched pair, meaning you receive one left-wound and one right-wound spring. This opposing tension prevents the seat from shifting sideways or twisting when you hit a bump, keeping your ride stable.
- Heavy Duty Steel: Made from durable spring steel (approx. 6.5mm / 1/4″ wire gauge).
- Matched Tension: Opposing winds neutralize seat twist.
- Finish Options: Available in Triple-Plated Chrome or Gloss Black.
- Universal Fit: Works with most solo seat pans and weld-on frame bungs.
- Sold as a pair
The “Real World” Sizing Guide
If you have built enough bikes, you know that “nominal” size and “actual” size rarely match. We measured these in the shop, so you don’t have to guess.
