Designed for a sleek, aggressive aesthetic, this fender features a minimal 0.75-inch sidewall that tightly hugs the upper radius of the tire. This “high cut” style eliminates visual weight, making it the perfect choice for performance-styled choppers, bobbers, and builds where you want the rubber to be the star.

Despite its slim profile, it is hand-spun from the same heavy-duty 13-gauge U.S. steel as our full-coverage fenders. This ensures it remains structurally rigid enough to support a passenger when properly mounted with internal struts. The radius is precision-spun to perfectly contour a standard 18-inch motorcycle tire (max height 26.5″).

Note on Custom Fitment:

• Mounting: This is a custom part, not a bolt-on replacement. It requires custom spacers, bungs, or struts (sold separately). You will need to drill, weld, and fabricate mounts to fit your specific frame width and geometry.
• Finish: Shipped in raw, spun steel finish. As a hand-spun product, visible spinning lines are normal. We recommend using a high-build surfacer or body filler to smooth the surface before painting.
