Custom Length Axle for Motorcycles Choppers and Bobbers

  • Built-to-order axle based on your measurements
  • We recommend subtracting 1/16″ from the axle length so that when properly torqued it will not bottom out on the axle
  • Hidden style retaining washers are typically used where the axle washer is placed behind a cover
  • External retaining washers are fully exposed and larger in diameter
  • Thread size: 1/2-20 X 1″
  • Material: 1144 stress-proof steel
  • Includes 1 axle with retaining washers and flat head bolts
  • The length of the axle does not include the washers

I have a thunder mountain keystone harley chopper the front axle is 11 and a1/4 long 3/4 around and has small lip on the other end and it's left hand thread can you do that or do you have one Merle Gentry asked on September 5, 2024

I have a softail custom with a 1 inch axle in the rear. My question is can I swap it for a 3/4 axle ? Frank asked on January 31, 2023

We don't recommend downsizing an axle. You can but you would need to change the bearings.

You can use axle reducers for each end to make up for the swingarm fitment.
