Builders Rear Custom Motorcycle Fender – Deep Side Wall for Custom Fabrication

Create a truly one-of-a-kind look with the Builders Rear Custom Motorcycle Fender by Twisted Choppers. Featuring extra-deep 6.5-inch flat sidewalls, this fender offers maximum material for fabricators who want to design and cut their own unique side profile—whether it’s a radical scallop, a long taildragger style, or a custom shape that doesn’t exist yet.

Hand-spun from heavy-duty 13-gauge U.S. steel, this fender is built for serious custom work. The thick material provides excellent structural integrity for welding and shaping. Like our other custom fenders, the radius is spun to perfectly contour a standard 18-inch motorcycle tire (max height 26.5″), giving you a professional foundation for your custom build.

Note on Custom Fitment:

  • Mounting: This is a builder’s part. It requires you to cut your own side shape, drill mounting holes, and fabricate spacers or struts. It is not a bolt-on replacement.
  • Finish: Shipped in raw, spun steel finish. As a hand-spun product, visible spinning lines are normal. We recommend using a high-build surfacer or body filler to smooth the surface before painting.

This fender must be mounted to the swingarm, not the factory frame-mounted struts.
