Aluminum Rear Sprocket Pulley Spacers For 2000-Up Harley Davidson Motorcycles

Ensure perfect pulley alignment for your wide tire conversion with these American-made billet aluminum spacers.

  • CRITICAL: HUB LIP MUST BE SHORTER THAN .300″ (OR .215″ FOR 1/4″ SPACERS) TO FIT.
  • Fits: Softail (2000-up), Dyna (2000-2017), and Sportster (2000-2022).
  • Will NOT Fit: 2008-Up Touring models (Road King, Street/Road Glide, etc.), Trikes, or any model where the pulley bolts to a rubber-isolated carrier (Cush-Drive).
  • Precision fit: Self-centering design properly locates the spacer to the wheel and the pulley or sprocket
  • American Made: CNC machined in the USA from premium billet 6061-T6 aluminum bar stock.
  • Versatile Sizing: Available in graduated widths to help you dial in the exact spacing required for your custom build.
  • Bolt Pattern: Standard 5-Bolt (3.25″ Circle) using 7/16″ bolts (Hole size: .453″)
  • Hub Counterbore (Female): 2.216″ I.D. (Fits over the hub lip).
  • Pulley Step (Male): 2.208″ O.D. x .188″ Tall (Centers the pulley/sprocket).
  • Center Hole: 1.56″
  • Outer Diameter: 4.19″
  • Axle Fitment: Compatible with 3/4″, 1″, and 25mm axles using sealed ball bearings, not Timken-style tapered roller bearings.

Installation Note
Measure your hub lip diameter first! This spacer is designed for hubs with a 2.22″ locating lip (Sealed Bearing style). If your hub lip measures approx. 2.00″, you need our 1984-1999 spacer.
Also, ensure your hub lip is shorter than the counterbore depth listed above so the spacer sits flush against the wheel.
