Twisted Choppers Aluminum Rear Sprocket and Pulley Spacers for 2000-Up Harley-Davidson

Maintain precise drivetrain alignment during wide tire conversions or custom wheel installations with these American-made billet aluminum spacers. Specifically engineered for 2000-present Harley-Davidson models using sealed ball bearings, these spacers allow you to shift the rear sprocket or pulley outward to clear wider tires and frames, ensuring a straight chain or belt path for optimal performance and safety.

Every spacer features a high-precision, self-centering design. The female counterbore seats perfectly over the wheel hub lip, while the male registration step provides a centered pilot for the sprocket or pulley. This dual-centering registration eliminates the vibration and potential bolt failure common with flat, non-centered spacers. Machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these spacers provide the strength required for high-torque V-twin applications while maintaining a lightweight profile.

Technical Specifications
  • Material: 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum
  • Finish: Machined Aluminum
  • Bolt Pattern: Standard 5-Bolt (3.25 Inch Circle)
  • Bolt Hole Size: 0.453 Inch (Fits 7/16 Inch bolts)
  • Hub Counterbore (I.D.): 2.216 Inch
  • Pulley Step (O.D.): 2.208 Inch x 0.188 Inch Height
  • Center Hole Diameter: 1.56 Inch
  • Total Outside Diameter: 4.19 Inch
Key Features
  • Self-centering registration step ensures perfect concentricity and eliminates hub wobble.
  • CNC machined from premium American-made billet aluminum for maximum structural integrity.
  • Available in graduated widths to provide exact spacing for custom wide-tire offsets.
  • Compatible with 3/4 Inch, 1 Inch, and 25mm axles.
  • Designed specifically for sealed ball bearing style hubs (2.22 Inch locating diameter).
  • Proudly made in the USA by Twisted Choppers.
Installation and Fitment Notes
  • CRITICAL: Your wheel hub lip must be shorter than 0.300 Inch (or 0.215 Inch for 1/4 Inch spacers) to allow the spacer to sit completely flush against the wheel.
  • Bearing Verification: This spacer is for hubs with a 2.22 Inch locating lip. If your hub lip measures approximately 2.00 Inches, you require the 1984-1999 style spacer.
  • Non-Fitment: Does NOT fit 2008-Up Touring models (Road King, Street/Road Glide, etc.), Trikes, or any model utilizing a rubber-isolated cush-drive carrier.
  • Hardware: Grade 8 pulley bolts are required for installation (sold separately). Always verify proper thread engagement after adding spacer thickness.
Fitment Information
This fitment guide applies to Harley-Davidson models equipped with sealed ball bearing hubs utilizing the 2.22 Inch registration diameter. Note that models with rubber-isolated (cush-drive) pulleys are excluded.

Q & A

Ask a question
What does the other side of this spacer look like? I have to machine a 2-inch spacer down to 1.86" or 47 mm. How will the 1.86" machined spacer seat over my rear wheel's 2.2" sprocket shoulder? Thanks Rando asked on March 2, 2024

Please check the product photos. The back side of the spacer is shown there.
